THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The more info material is pathetic, and the features are awful. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd purchased something usable instead. S
